He Joined Development Sector as a researcher saved the children international Islamabad , Where he have different publications on, National and provincial budget Analysis from a child rights perspective (2011-2012), District Budget analysis Muzaffargarh and Sangarh from child rights perspective 2012-2013, He Act as facilitator in work shop for Child trafficking and Right of education and Child Labor in High Court Islamabad , Child rights Issue and Implementation of 25 A in different districts of Punjab, He Worked as Child Rights Movement Coordinator ( Children First ) at National level where he Supervise and Coordinate with different International and local Organizations , where he Conduct seminars and Advocacy with government related to awareness of Human trafficking ,Child Protection.

Sara Farid is a communication specialist based in Islamabad. She is linked with journalism since 11 years when she started reporting for radio on women and children issues. She moved on to do TV production and worked with leading national TV channels. Sara has worked in the main stream media and the development sector and currently works as freelance consultant.

As Editor news and programming he has planned extensive news coverages and programming in Pakistan which remains the hub of global attention in news. Zafar Iqbal, Ph.D., carries over 18 years of teaching and research experience. He received doctorate in mass communication specializing in media and government relations in 2003. He served in several public sector universities and also worked on some funded projects besides contributing a number of research papers in the reputed national and international journals.
Dr. Iqbal also served in Civil Service for over five years, wherein his main responsibilities included editing a journal of international repute and training. He joined back teaching and research in 2007. During the last seven years, he spent a year as a post-doctorate scholar at the University of Surrey, UK. He produced three research publications under the mentorship of Professor Colin B. Grant on the area of mediated construction of Islamophobia.
Continuing with his chosen area of research, Dr. Iqbal visited University of Southern California and worked with Prof. Diane Winston from Annenberg School for Communication.
